M2 Interactive runs the iQuesta website.
The main aims of this website are to put applicants and recruiters in touch through:
- publishing job offers and internships;
- registering CVs and email alerts.
1 - iQuesta services
The iQuesta website allows all users connected to the network to access all documents and links, and to subscribe to certain specific services.
In particular, iQuesta enables user to:
- consult job offers and internships;
- submit job offers and internships;
- submit a CV;
- subscribe to iQuesta email alerts;
- participate in discussion forums.
2 - Use of iQuesta services
M2 Interactive tries to the best of its ability to combat the circulation of documents, opinions and more generally all illicit content which is contrary to Public Order or public decency or which could damage the rights of third parties.
M2 Interactive invites users of its site to inform it of any subjects, documents or hypertext links which could particularly damage the abovementioned rights so as to be able to subsequently monitor this information and suspend access.
3 - Intellectual Property
Users of the iQuesta website undertake to respect the rules on intellectual property of the content available on the site, i.e.:
- not to reproduce, summarise, modify, alter or re-circulate documents published on the site for purposes other than private use, without the prior authorisation of the persons concerned;
- not to copy all or part of the site onto another site or an internal company network;
- not to extract or reuse, including through successive extractions, a substantial part of the site;
- not to include, without the prior authorisation of M2 Interactive, one or several pages of the iQuesta site on another site;
- not to use the name iQuesta without the prior authorisation of M2 Interactive.
4 - iQuesta's commitments
M2 Interactive, operator of the iQuesta website, undertakes to respect the following rules:
- the right to present on its site the content proposed;
- implement all the means needed to verify the validity of editorial information brought to the attention of the users of its site;
- authorise these users to print all or part of the content proposed on the iQuesta site for strictly personal use.
5 - Responsibilities
M2 Interactive shall not be held responsible in the event of damage connected to use of the information presented on its site.
M2 Interactive shall not be held responsible for the content of the sites connected to its own site.
Finally, with regard to the technical specificities of the Internet, M2 Interactive shall not guarantee users of its site that information transmitted by the Internet will not be intercepted by third parties and, similarly, that the confidentiality of exchanges will be preserved, that the availability of its servers will be quick and permanent, and that messages sent by email will contain no elements which could affect their computers.
6 - Handling of personal data
M2 Interactive handles personal data to stay in touch with the persons concerned, enable subscription to its services, ensure the protection and security of its site, and establish visitor number statistics.
M2 Interactive undertakes to respect the legislation in force on the collection and handling of personal data. Anyone who has communicated personal information to M2 Interactive, operator of the iQuesta website, can for legitimate reasons oppose this information being handled by M2 Interactive.
Similarly, anyone involved will have the right to access and correct personal data concerning them.

7 - CV library
The iQuesta website enables CVs to be registered and submitted.
When a CV is registered, an 'anonymous CV' option allows applicants to mask some personal information (surname, first name, postal address) so that this information is inaccessible by recruiters. This option only applies to CVs registered online on the iQuesta website, it being understood that recruiters can have access to this personal information if the applicant has attached his/her CV as an attachment and that he/she has not masked this information.
A CV registered on the iQuesta website can be deleted at any time. However, some companies using the services (recruiters) may have conserved these CVs in their own databases, something for which M2 Interactive shall not be held responsible.
8 - Data protection
M2 Interactive undertakes to implement all the means needed, and particularly to secure as well as possible access to the information stored on its servers, so as in particular to prevent personal data it has collected being communicated to unauthorised or corrupt third parties, in conformity with the UK Data Protection Act of 1998, The Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, and other relevant legislation.
9 - 'Cookies'
One or several 'cookies' can be sent from the iQuesta websites and placed on the hard disks of the computers connected to these sites. These 'cookies' aim to register the information entered online by users of the website, and particularly information related to passwords, so as to best preserve the security of the information transmitted.
The duration of conservation of the information collected thanks to 'cookies' is the duration of the user's connection.
All users can oppose the registration of 'cookies' by modifying the navigation software options of their computers. However, in such case, access to certain iQuesta services may be altered.
